Lime Margarita Sorbet
Refreshing way to conclude a spicy mexican meal.
DIRECTIONS:
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup fresh lime juice
6 tbs triple sec
6 tbs tequila
1 tsp grated lime peel
DIRECTIONS:
1. Stir water and sugar in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
2. Increase heat and bring to boil. Pour into medium bowl.
3. Mix in lime juice, triple sec, tequila and lime peel. Refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours.
4. Transfer sorbet mixture to ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Cook: 20 minutes
