These days, you could easily spend hundreds of dollars on facial treatments, moisturizers, anti-wrinkle creams, etc. But you don’t really have to do that to get great results. Nature has already provided everything for you in bountiful ways.
For example, let’s say that you want to make your own facial smoother. it is pretty easy to do any very frugal. This smoother will work on all of those fine lines and wrinkles.
So get out that blender instead of your purse and enjoy smoother skin. Here is the recipe for a single application. You can mix up extra batched and store them in the refrigerator, if you like, but fresh is always best.
This facial smoother recipe has a lot of flexibility built in, so you can find the exact formula that works for you.
First, pick your fruit. You can use any of the following: Strawberries, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, watermelon. They all work very well, so try them all. You might find that one particular fruit works the best for you, or perhaps you really enjoy the fragrance of one in particular.
Grab a handful or your selected fruit and place it in a food processor.
Add an equal amount of a rich dairy produce. You can choose heavy cream, yogurt or buttermilk. Again, you can experiment with the different ingredients to see which ones you prefer.
Pulse the fruit and dairy together in the food processor until it is blended well.
Add 1 tablespoon of uncooked oats to your mix and pulse once or twice, or just stir it by hand. You want to keep the oats intact as much as possible, because they well help ask as both an exfoliater and a skin soother.
Apply your smoother to your face, and leave it on for ten minutes.
Rinse with lukewarm water.
