Marriage Blog Week in Review for July 8 – 13

The weeks are flying by this summer and this week is no exception. So let’s do a quick review of our Marriage Blog’s week.

Sunday, July 8

Do You Deserve To Be Happy? Do you know the answer to this question? It’s an important question to answer and to discover the answer to as it will help you build a happier marriage.

Monday, July 9

Fighting About Money Doesn’t Fix the Problem because nine times out of ten, when you and your spouse are fighting about money – you aren’t really fighting about money. Your struggle may be over control, security or trust – so learn to communicate where money is concerned.

Tuesday, July 10

Are You Breaking Faith, Emotionally? You need to recognize if you are, because it is the kind of thing that can do serious damage to your relationship with your spouse.

Wednesday, July 11

Do You Have a License to Wed? I was so disappointed in this movie and not just because it was a bad movie, but because it really reflected badly on the idea of pre-marital counseling and what it means to go through that.

Thursday, July 12

Do you know How to Create a Date? Married couples should date more often, if only to pay attention to the idea of continual discovery and affection – you can’t go wrong with that attitude where your spouse is concerned.

Friday, July 13

Did you know that Character & Your Marriage should have a lot in common? There are many laudable character traits that we try to instill in our children, applaud in others and hope to demonstrate ourselves. These character traits have a really big place in your marriage as they will influence how you and your spouse respond to each other and the world at large as both individuals and as a couple.
