Marthas Vineyard Diet Detox

Sure, they promise that you’ll lose 21 pounds in 21 days but before I start explaining how this works, you should know that the authors named this the Martha’s Vineyard Diet Detox because that is where they live. You should also know that it is my opinion that they live there because they can afford to. This 21 in 21 system will cost you a serious chunk of change and there is no money back guarantee. According to the authors, all sales are final. Reassuring, huh?

Roni DeLuz is the founder and director of the Martha’s Vineyard Holistic Retreat at the Martha’s Vineyard Inn. She is a naturopath, registered nurse, and colonic therapist who has been a healing professional in one way or another for twenty years.

James Hester has worked with Roni at The Martha’s Vineyard Holistic Retreat since 2003. He was a record company executive who lost thirty pounds on DeLuz’s plan.

Together, these two have written the Martha’s Vineyard Diet Detox. The hardcover book “21 Pounds in 21 Days: The Martha’s Vineyard Diet Detox” costs $16.47 at Amazon.com with a retail price of $24.95.

I should mention that you can not complete the Martha’s Vineyard Diet Detox without purchasing the specific detox products supplied by the authors.

The detox products are available at the authors’ website for a whopping $213.95. The package available includes enough products for a 21 day detox and 9 days of maintenance.

The 21 Day Detox and 9 day Maintenance Package includes:

* Berry Drink

* Vegetable Drink

* Green Drink

* Inner Cleanse

* Protein for your 9 days of maintenance

In addition to purchasing this package, you’re also expected to purchase enzyme pills, a juicer and a parasite test kit. If you’re on a budget, there are cheaper ways to lose 21 pounds.

Another necessary expense is a colonic. Unless you’re comfortable with doing it yourself (which would be difficult to impossible) these can get pretty expensive. Sound like fun?

You’ll also be expected to have a coffee enema. That sounds like a blast but not the good kind. I don’t know about you but I’d prefer my coffee in a cup, not the bowl.

Long story short, folks, this looks like a great way for Roni and James to make house payments in a very expensive neighborhood like Martha’s Vineyard. Better skip this one.
