Michaels has some great deals planned for this weekend. Some of them last just for a few days, and others are going to continue through Independence Day. Now is the time to shop if you are interested in doing any 4th of July themed crafting, scrapbooking, or framing.
This year, Independence Day falls on Monday, July 4, 2011. This means that people will be enjoying a three day weekend. You can expect to find a lot of sales, deals, and special offers this week. The first one I found is from Michaels. For those are aren’t familiar, Michaels is primarily a store that sells art supplies, craft supplies, and things that a person needs in order to do scrapbooking. You can also get something custom framed at Michaels.
If you are planning on getting something framed, you should print out a coupon to take with you to the store. It will give you 60% off your custom framing order. The coupon is only good for two days: Friday, July 1, 2011, and Saturday, July 2, 2011. This means you must use the coupon this weekend.
That coupon will print out another coupon, which lasts longer before it expires. The other coupon gives you 20% off your entire purchase at Michaels. It does include items that are on sale, which means you can get an even better deal on sale items than whatever the sale reduced the price to. This coupon is good from Sunday, July 3, 2011, through Saturday, July 9, 2011.
Are you in the military? If so, then bring your Military ID with you to Michaels, and show it to the cashier when you are ready to check out. Michaels will take an additional 20% off your entire purchase (but not the sale items). I don’t think you can combine this deal with the other coupons, but I am not certain of this. This deal is good from July 1, 2011, through July 4, 2011. I think this is Michaels way of showing appreciation to people who are serving their country right now.
There are also special deals on items from all across the store, for just four days only. For example, the YUDU personal screen printing system has been discounted to $119.99 each. Creatology Bubble Wands will be just $1.00 each. You can get three Spool O’ Ribbon for just $1.00. This is clearly Michaels 4th of July sale, and it will be going on from July 1, 2011, through July 4, 2011.
