Milkless Eggless Chocolate Cake
Great for those with milk or egg allergies!
INGREDIENTS:
2 2/3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup salad oil
2 tsp vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix dry ingredients into bowl. Add liquid ingredients; mix well.
2. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Pour into 2 (8 inch) greased or 1 (13x9x2 inch) pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 to 35 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.

Cook: 35 minutes
