I’ve already provided you with a few chicken recipes, but since I have so many that we’ve tried and loved, I decided to share a few more!
The following recipes have been tried by my family and are tested with their seal of approval!
When you are cooking these, be sure to make up several batches and freeze them. Just thaw when you’re ready and you’ll have dinner ready to serve several times a month without having to do much!
Italian Chicken Bake
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tbs Italian seasonings
1/2 cube melted butter
Wash the thawed boneless chicken breasts. Completely pat dry. Dip chicken into the melted butter, and immediately then coat with the Italian Seasoning Mix.
Place in baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. This recipe freezes well. Just thaw, and reheat in the microwave.
Parmesan Chicken
4 chicken breast portions
1/2 cup melted butter
2 TBS Italian Seasonings
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs
The chicken breast portions need to be completely thawed. Rinse and pat them dry and flatten them out some. Set aside. Mix the Italian Seasonings, Parmesan Cheese, and the bread crumbs together. Set aside.
Dip each chicken breast into melted butter and coat in the breading mixture. Place the chicken into a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake the chicken breasts at 350 degrees until the crust is browned. Bake uncovered. Or as an alternative freeze on a cookie sheet or other oven ready pan and then place into a large freezer bag.
Remove from the freezer the night before cooking and place in a baking dish. Cover with foil. The next day place in the oven at 350 degrees and bake until the crust is browned.
