Do you have one cleaning tool in your house that you love? For me it’s my Mr. Clean microfiber mop. I think this is the greatest thing ever invented. It a dust mop, a spill picker upper and a mop all in one. I use this mop every day. My kitchen floor is laminate and every evening after dinner I give the floor a quick sweep with the microfiber mop. One of the best things about sweeping with this is that since it is more of a dust mop you are not just stirring up dust, the microfiber grabs the dust and keeps it from becoming airborne.
This mop is also great after doing dishes, I always get water on the floor, just grab it and the microfiber picks up the water without having to drag out a big mop or get on my hands and knees to dry the floor. Once a week I mop my floor with this. I like that I don’t have to dip it in water and wring it out. I just spray my cleaner of choice on the floor and go over it with the mop. I bought extra heads so if the floor is especially dirty I can swap out the head halfway through and continue. It is very quick and easy to put a clean head on the mop.
When the microfiber cloth gets dirty I just throw it in the washer. It cleans up so well that it looks brand new every time and my hands never touch the messiness. The great thing about this mop is that it grabs even pet hair and holds on to it. This is great in the bathroom, there is always hair and makeup powder that gets on the floor. It’s great to be able to sweep and mop with the same tool instead of dragging a mop and a broom from room to room.
The microfiber mop is also good for cobwebs. Don’t you hate when you try to get a cobweb down and it sticks to the wall? The microfiber cloth grabs those cobwebs and holds on tight. It’s also nice for keeping my slate floor and fireplace clean.
The Mr. Clean microfiber mop is truly a multipurpose tool, one I wouldn’t want to be without.
