New Diet Find: True Citrus

It brings my heart (and waistline) such joy to find something natural, healthy and yummy that is also diet friendly. My latest find is True Citrus. Have you heard of it? Perhaps you have seen it in the store and wondered about it. I passed by it many times often wondering about it but looking the other way thinking it was just another product filled with fake sugars. However, it is not sweetened with fake sugar but contains stevia a natural sugar. True Citrus will transform the way to think about adding lemon, lime and orange flavors to your water, baked goods and cooking needs. Imagine simply sprinkling on some lime on your fish or adding a dash of lemon to your iced tea without adding anything unnatural. You can replace your lemon and lime juice or simply not have to worry if you forgot to buy lemons or limes at the store.

Uses for True Citrus

Sprinkle on fruit to stop browning: I love this since sprinkling from the shaker is far easier than squirting from a real lemon or pouring from a lemon juice bottle.

Sprinkle over veggies, popcorn, tortilla chips, tuna, and more instead of salt, butter or another alternative.

Add to hot or cold tea or ice cold water.

Use as a seasoning on meat.

Can be used in recipes which call for citrus.

Add to your ice cube tray and make some fun flavored ice cubes!

I am having so much fun with True Citrus! I regret passing it by in the grocery store so many times in the past. The value and the applications make this a sure thing to have on hand at all times. Dieting does not have to be boring for your taste buds. Jazz it up!
