Oatmeal Pie
A wonderful alternative to the standard pecan pie at Thanksgiving. It has the same flavors but is less fattening!
INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup corn syrup
2 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup margarine, melted
1 whole pie crusts
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
4. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Cool before serving.
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 55 minutes
