Oh Baby Baby!

The third time proved to be the charm for pro surfer Laird Hamilton. After being blessed with two daughters, Hamilton’s current wife, volleyball star Gabrielle Reece finally added a boy to the family.

Reece and Hamilton welcomed son Brody Jo Hamilton on New Year’s Day in Hawaii.

According to the couple’s rep, Brody weighed in at 8 lb., 2 oz., and joins the couple’s first child, 4-year-old sister Reece Viola. Hamilton also has a 12-year-old daughter from a previous marriage.

The 37-year-old mom, whose original due date was January 2nd is said to be doing well and credits her extensive workout schedule for helping her through labor.

The Hamilton’s weren’t the only stars adding to their families over the holidays.

Little Big Town’s Phillip Sweet and his wife, Rebecca, welcomed a little girl they named Penelopi Jane on December 27th in Nashville.

According to Sweet’s rep, the country crooner’s “little angel” weighed in at 6 lbs., 4 oz., measured 19-inches long and was born with a head of curly brown hair.

Little Big Town is currently on tour with George Strait. On the band’s website Sweet says young Penelopi will be hitting the road very soon.

Another celeb couple spending the holidays with a new addition is MTV’s Reverend Run and his wife Justine Simmons. The reality TV stars adopted a baby girl in September, whom they named Miley Justine Simmons. The couple’s new daughter was a month old when they brought her home and she’ll make her debut on the family’s MTV series, “Run’s House” later this month.

Fans of the show know that the couple faced a heartbreaking loss when their first daughter, Victoria Anne died an hour after she was born. Doctors said the newborn suffered from a condition known as omphalocele.

Reverend Run and Justine have been married for 12 years. Rev has three grown children from his first marriage and two sons with Justine, Daniel “Diggy,” 12, and Russell “Russy,” 10.
