Online Streaming of Fitness Classes

Today in my neck of the woods (Wisconsin), I am feeling pretty grateful for unseasonably warmer weather. Yesterday we hit as high as the mid 50’s and today we are in the 40’s. It is quite a contrast from a year ago when we were digging ourselves out after receiving more than two feet of snow.

Winter can be a difficult time to exercise. It becomes especially challenging when the clouds are grey, the temperatures are frigid or there is a ton of snow. Who wants to go out in that?

Maybe it’s not even the weather. Maybe you are just pressed for time. You are a working mother or you have too many responsibilities to make an outside commitment to a gym. Exercise may be the last thing on your mind.

Or it could be that when you think about going to a gym, you know it will require sacrificing something else in order to pay for a membership. Besides, you may not even enjoy working out in the presence of others.

Well there may be other options. I have mentioned many of them in the blogs I have written on Fitness. There are fitness apps, video games, DVDs and even website resources you can turn to.

But what if you really want the workout of a gym without going to one?

How about live streaming of a fitness class?

Introducing “Flirty Girl Fitness Live,” a web service that will stream some of the classes that
take place at “Flirty Girl Fitness.” And it’s a pretty good price, just $15 a month for an unlimited viewing of classes.

The classes are available 24 hours a day and offer some “interesting” programs such as “Hottie Body Boxing” and “Bikini Bootcamp.” Hmmm…well, I guess it is in the privacy of your own home.

But apparently there are other online streaming options available for those who would rather bring the gym right into their home. I would suggest Googling for more information, if this is something that interests you.

Who knows…this just may be the next fitness craze.
