We spent some of our labor day off time talking about toddler temper tantrums and how to tame some of the negative behavior traits your toddler may exhibit. The toddler stage is a very exciting one and it involves a lot of exploration and self-definition by the child in your life. It can be tough at times, but it’s important to recognize that temper tantrums and learning to cope with them is a natural stage for both of you.

Tuesday morning found us talking about why we love our babies and 10 reasons why I love the toddler stage. It’s a time of great independence and exploration on the part of your baby. You’ll enjoy the naked joy with which they explore their world and how easy it is to smile when looking at the world through their eyes.

Hump day arrives and as a response to our 10 reasons why I love the toddler stage, I shared my 10 least favorite parts of toddler hood. Whether maintaining constant vigilance or struggling with their unhappiness at the slightest change in their life – the toddler stage is equal parts delightful and annoying. Just when you think you’ve got it down, your toddler will throw you a curve ball and teach you something new.
