Pam Prepping For Marriage No. 3 and Michelle Prepping To Return To Jail?

Could the third time be the charm for Pamela Anderson?

According to several news sources, the buxom blonde actress and her current boyfriend, Rick Salomon have a marriage license in hand.

The former “Baywatch” star reportedly applied for and was granted a valid marriage license in Las Vegas yesterday.

According to TV’s “Access Hollywood,” Anderson – who has been performing with magician Hans Klok at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas – and Salomon have been inseparable lately.

A rep for Anderson would not confirm the reports. However, earlier this month, Anderson hinted that a wedding could be in her future during an appearance on Ellen DeGeneres’s talk show.

Anderson never mentioned Salomon by name but did say, “I’m not really engaged. I don’t know what I am. We may never get that far. We’re in love.”

You’ll recall the actress was previously married to singer Kid Rock (for about a millisecond—actually it was about 4 months) and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee who is the father of her two sons. Meanwhile, Salomon was once married to actress Shannen Doherty.

While Anderson preps for a possible return trip down the aisle, actress Michelle Rodriguez may be returning to jail.

According to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, Rodriguez has failed to fulfill the terms of her probation in a DUI case and as a result, may be headed back to the slammer.

“She hasn’t shown proof of completion of her 30 days of community service,” a spokesperson for the city told news reporters. “She could face jail time, but it’s up to the judge.”

Paperwork filed by the City Attorney’s office alleges that Rodriguez turned in a false document showing that she completed one day of service on September 25th, but the former “Lost” star later stated that she was in New York on that date.

On Friday a judge ordered Rodriguez to complete two days of road cleanup duty for the California Department of Transportation. But the actress’ attorney is trying to get her out of having to fulfill that obligation as well. Outside of court Rodriguez’s lawyer told reporters that the entire incident was just a big “clerical error” and the actress has already completed her community service.
