Parmesan Asparagus
Incredibly easy way to prepare asparagus. Serve with grilled steaks for a no-fuss summer meal.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb asparagus
2 tbs olive oil
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
DIRECTIONS:
1. Reserve a bit of the parmesan to sprinkle on top.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in an oven-proof casserole dish and toss to coat.
3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
