Parmesan Fish
Some people enjoy fish and others see it as something they should east for their health. If you fall into the latter category try this recipe. You’ll never notice your eating fish.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbs freshly chopped parsley
1 slice bread
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz frozen fish fillets
2 tbs plain yogurt
2 tbs mayonnaise
2 tbs Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mince together parsley, bread and Parmesan cheese into a food processor; set aside.
2. Into a clean bowl, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
3. Lay fish fillets into and oven safe dish; evenly spread yogurt mixture over fish fillets.
4. Sprinkle yogurt mixture with parsley mixture.
5. Bake into a preheated 450 oven, for 15 to 20 minutes .

Cook: 20 minutes
