Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie Bars
If you love every variation of brownies or cheesecake, try this great recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 bag peanut butter chips
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 large egg
3/4 cup milk

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9×9″ square cake pan and set aside.
2. Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave or over double boiler.
3. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in milk.
4. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
5. In another bowl, sift together sugar, flour and cocoa powder.
6. Pour chocolate mixture over dry ingredients and stir together. Measure out 1/4 cup of the batter; set aside.
7. Spread out remaining batter into pan.
8. Melt peanut butter chips in microwave or over double boiler. Set aside.
9. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, and milk.
10. Pour into melted peanut butter chips and beat until smooth.
11. Spoon cheesecake batter over the brownie batter, covering well.
12. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter over the top and swirl with a knife to create a marble effect.
13. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 or until set. Cool completely before cutting.
