Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Pie
Really easy to make and great to bring on a picnic.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups crisped rice cereal
1/2 jar chocolate frosting
DIRECTIONS:
1. Measure out the Rice Krispies in a large bowl.
2. Combine brown sugar and corn syrup in small saucepan and cook on medium heat until mixture begins to bubble on top.
3. Take off heat and stir in the peanut butter.
4. Add mixture to Rice Krispies and stir until all the Krispies are coated, then pour into pie plate.
5. When set, frost with chocolate frosting.

Cook: 10 minutes
