Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie
A must at every Thanksgiving table.

INGREDIENTS:
1 count pastry pie round
3 large slightly beaten eggs
1/4 cup molasses
3/4 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup pecan halves or chopped macadamia nuts

DIRECTIONS:
1. For filling, combine eggs, molasses, corn syrup, sugars, butter, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in pecans.
2. Place in pastry lined pie plate. To prevent over browning, cover edge of pie with foil.
3. Bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes.
4. Remove foil and bake another 20-25 minutes more until knife comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 50 minutes
Serves: 8
