Pickled Eggs
A different snack to mix up your routine on a low-carb diet.
INGREDIENTS:
24 whole cloves
6 large hard-boiled eggs, boiled
2 cups vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1. Shell the eggs and stick 4 cloves in each egg.
2. Heat the vinegar and when boiling add the salt, pepper and mustard.
3. Put the eggs in a glass jar and pour boiling vinegar mixture over them.
4. Cover tightly and let stand 2 weeks before using.
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
