Pie Crust Cookies
Ever enjoy the crust more than the pie?
INGREDIENTS:
5 Cups Flour
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
6 tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 can Buttercream frosting.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix by hand flour, sugars, shortening, soda, baking powder.
2. Add the following which has been beaten together: eggs, milk, vanilla.
3. Put everything in a bowl on top of each other and mix like pie crust .
4. Roll and cut out cookies. Bake at 375 for 8 min.
5. Frost with butter cream frosting .
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
Serves: 6
