Pineapple Cheese Ball
Make sure you allow chill time for this cheese ball before serving, it allows the flavors to combine together.
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
8 1/2 oz canned crushed pineapples, drained very well
2 cups pecans, chopped
1/4 cup green peppers, finely chopped
2 tbs onions, finely chopped
1 tbs seasoning salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Beat cream cheese with fork until smooth.
2. Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Chill.
3. Shape into ball and roll in remaining nuts.
4. Refrigerate until well chilled.
