Pineapple Shake
A Zone balanced shake for breakfast or anytime!
INGREDIENTS:
6 oz. tofu, drained well and cubed
1 cup cubed pineapple
1 cup low-fat milk
3 each Macadamia nuts, crushed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all items in a blender and process until well mixed.
