• Nutri-System: This system is a prepackaged deal. You choose the program of what they have to offer and pay for meals delivered to your door. Their food plan is based on a balanced diet consisting of protein, fiber, no trans fat, low sodium, low fat and low glycemic foods. This diet can be a little costly, but definitely successful if followed correctly.
