If you are going to present or teach a class or workshop, you will want to make sure you connect with the attendees and promote your business too. Most conference organizers are perfectly fine with this, in fact, they expect you too. You may also want to advertise in the conference program or have an exhibitor’s booth at the conference too, just to make sure you get the most from the experience. Make sure you take advantage of the opportunity to network and meet people, and be sure to follow up with those people you meet and teach—once you get back home!
