Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
Make a double batch because these go quick!
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 large egg
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together into mixing bowl, then add oats.
2. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, then add to the first bowl. Mix thoroughly.
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-28 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Cook: 25 minutes
