Row Yourself Thin

For a super calorie burn off workout aim high and row your way skinny. Are you aware of the amount of calories that rowing burns off in a single minute? Up to fifteen calories in just a single minute! That’s right, fifteen ugly, nasty, calories, which amounts to 450 calories in just 30 minutes of exercise! Talk about a high speed fat burner.

I was so amazed to discover this fact. Of course, you can probably guess what I did next. Oh, you are so right and so smart. I immediately researched rowing machines on the web. Actually, I did not just research rowing machines. You know how when you look something up on the internet one thing leads to another, which leads to another and so on? My search for rowing machines took me to studying the prices of rowing machines first, of course. From that point I went to studying the health benefits and all of the facts of rowing machine exercise. I then began researching outdoor rowing clubs and classes. I even watched videos on rowing. If you were able to do this on the water I would think that would be even more wonderful. Can you imagine being out on the water among nature and just rowing along? It sounds wonderful to me. I was hooked.

I do not believe that I am wrong when I say that it does look like hard work, but what exercise isn’t hard work? Not only does a rowing machine burn off calories at a high rate, it also exercises your entire body. How many pieces of gym equipment can do that? If you are looking for a total all over workout piece of equipment for your home gym this just might be appealing to you. Toning up your arms, your legs, your core area, and your back, a rowing machine sounds like a good investment.
