I love to discover new scrapbooking products. Whenever new products are being released, there are always a few people/companies I want to be sure to check out first. I also think that it is really interesting to get to hear about the products from the designer of the products. ScrapbookLifestyle.com, which is part of the Better Homes and Garden’s Magazine, Scrapbooks Etc., has come out with a series of videos where they interviewed scrapbook products designers at CHA last month. These videos were so fun to watch because you really get a great look at the new products and get to learn some background from the designer.

The video on Monday was from one of my more favorite designers, Heidi Swapp. She shows off all of her new products. I’m sure after watching the video you will want one of everything!
Tuesday’s video is with Elsie Flannigan, the very creative designer who just came our with 3 collections. She shows off here three lines and gives some great descriptions about what her goal was for each line.
Wednesday’s interview was with Tim Holtz, the well-known artist who has created several lines of products that you use to distress items such as distress inks, alcohol inks and embossing powered. He has now partnered with Cropper Hopper to provide cases that perfectly hold all of his products.
Thursday’s video is with Rhonna Farrer. I have also enjoyed her designs and it was fun to get to see her in action. Her new French Twist line is fabulous and we have already ordered some of it for our Scrapbook Circle kits. I love Rhonna’s advice in the interview: do something creative everyday.
The final video for the week includes Teresa Collins shares her new extreme boy line and talks about her design process.
