Season Three of “Who Do You Think You Are?” Starts Soon

NBC The American version of the popular genealogy television show, “Who Do You Think You Are?” is about to start its third season. The celebrities who will be featured have been revealed. These celebrities have not appeared on the show in the previous two seasons.

“Who Do You Think You Are?” is a television program that investigates the family tree of individual celebrities. The American version of the show is an adaptation of the award-winning British television documentary series. Lisa Kudrow, who you may recognize from the sitcom “Friends”, is one of the executive producers of the American version of the show.

Season three will feature twelve episodes, which makes it the show’s longest season to date. NBC has announced who will appear in the new season. I am not sure exactly what order the episodes will air in, but I do know which celebrities will be featured.

There are several actors and actresses who will be featured in season three. Actresses include: Helen Hunt, (“Mad About You”), Rashida Jones (“I Love You, Man”), Edie Falco, (“The Sopranos”), Marisa Tomei (“The Lincoln Lawyer”), and Rita Wilson (who has been in a whole bunch of television shows).

Actors who will appear in season three include: Rob Lowe, (“The West Wing”), Martin Sheen, (“The West Wing”), Blair Underwood, (“LA Law”), and Jason Sudeikis (“Saturday Night Live”).

Other celebrities include: Jerome Bettis, (whose nickname is “The Bus”), is a retired American football player who was a halfback. He has played on two teams: the St. Louis Rams, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Paula Deen, the celebrity chef who is currently in the news regarding her announcement that she has type 2 diabetes, will also be in an episode. Reba McEntire, who is both a country music singer and an actress, will also be featured.

Right now, you can find several video clips of the show on the NBC website. You can watch some highlights from season two, some deleted scenes from previous seasons, and even some preview clips of what you will see in season three of “Who Do You Think You Are?”.
