Shaking Your Stuff

A large population of people are out of shape. Many of them are trying to get into shape. For those who are already in shape and maintaining, wonderful. You look great running down the street. You are in your sports bra and nothing is moving from either end of the car. Some people are not cars, but rather buses. This is not to be insulting, but based on fact if we were to compare a thin person to a heavy person using vehicles as our comparing subject.

Everyone is knowledgeable, at least most people, regarding the need for a sports bra while exercising. This is an especially important undergarment to wear should you choose jogging or running as your mode of exercise. What about underwear though? It is shaking around back there too. I have heard many people recommend the thong to exercise in. This is because there are no panty lines whatsoever. They even make a certain kind of thong that has a wider band. These underwear are known as “Hanky Panky”. I have to disagree though because thongs are not a good thing for women to wear due to the obvious feminine disruption that they can cause. The wiggle factor would be impossible for a heavier person also. I believe a better choice is cotton underwear without lines. If you are exercising especially cotton will serve you better in terms of health.

Let’s face it, most of us are exercising to get thin. The shaking at the back of the bus cannot be helped too much. It will shake. Most people go at night or in the early morning and besides being cooler outside I think that this is another good reason to run at that time of the day. With a good pair of supporting underwear the most that we can hope for is to reduce it.
