Like most of us, a little encouragement would not hurt in our daily quest to keep fit and healthy. Shape Magazine has an online virtual trainer to give us a leg up on fitness. All that you need to do is register and you will be on your way to accessing your virtual training tools. To start out with you will get your own page and be able to connect with others who have the same goal that you do. They want to be healthy and fit. With a community of people out there working towards a common goal you can discuss what works for you. This may be helpful to someone else out there. Likewise, their fitness ideas, tips and tricks may be just what you are looking for. What works for some may not work for another, but then again it just may.
At virtual trainer you can also create your own customized plan and schedule regarding workouts, menus, calories taken in and calories burned and removed. You will get your own “Dashboard” area along with other areas, such as your calendar, your workout area and your food area. If you have a question or a concern, need some encouragement or are looking for someone to “click” with and work on your goals together, you will find it here. Since I am unable to afford the time or the money to attend the gym anymore, I am finding this very helpful. Like others, my time is so limited that even taking that extra time to pack up a bag, drive to the gym and drive back home is not feasible. I found that I was becoming discouraged by the extra time that it took. It was great while I was able to do it, but I had to cut corners somewhere. I am thankful that I found this great website to help me out.
The greatest thing about this handy website is that it is free. When nobody else seems to care, Shape Magazine’s virtual trainer will come to your rescue!
