Spanish Rice
A classic side dish.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups long grain rice
1 can tomato sauce
3 cups water or chicken broth
1 tbs vegetable oil
3 tbs chopped onion
1 tsp Chicken flavor Bouillon or salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add oil to deep saucepan until hot. Add onions, fry slightly. Add rice and fry until light brown.
2. Add tomato sauce, water and bouillon. Cover and bring to a boil.
3. After it boils, turn heat down and cook until water is gone and rice is cooked.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
Serves: 6
