Happy Easter! As we started circuit training on Friday, we’re going to continue that trend as we move forward. Today is pure cardio and you can perform your cardio indoors or out. The important focus on your cardio should be getting your heart rate up and sustaining it.
Ready? Be sure to hydrate both before, during and after your workout. Set aside about 30 to 35 minutes. Keep plenty of water on hand as you get started whether you are going to work it out indoors or out. Choose one of the following and let’s get started!
- Treadmill Incline Workout – 30 Minutes
- Treadmill Speed Increase Workout – 30 minutes
- Stationary Bicycle – multi hill workout – 30 minutes
- Outdoor walking 1 to 2 miles – 30 minutes
- Outdoor jogging 1 to 2 miles – 30 minutes
- Outdoor cycling – 30 minutes

Have a great rest of your Easter and if you elected to take today off as part of your holiday! Enjoy yourself.
Continue to hydrate throughout the day.
