Spring Forward to Action 30-Day Challenge – Day 29: Cardio

Can April really be over? It seems like just yesterday we were getting started with the Spring Forward to Action 30-Day Challenge. While tomorrow is the official 30th day of your April, Spring Forward to Action 30-Day Challenge, today will be your last fitness day of April.

Since today is Sunday, this is our Cardio only focus day. So let’s make this day a blast. Push your limits. If you’ve done 20 minute workouts regularly, make it 30. If you’ve done 30, make it 40. If you’ve been doing it 45 minutes, make it 60.

Try to reach your bar and surpass it. Push yourself to your limits. Prove to yourself that not only can you do it, you can succeed beyond your own imagination.

While you’re at it – try for something different. If you’ve been using a stationary bike, try biking outside. If you’ve been on a treadmill, take yourself outdoors. If you’ve been exercising alone – take along a friend or a pet.

Shake up your fitness world, get your heart pumping and congratulations for coming this far on our first 30-day challenge! I hoped you’ve enjoyed it as much as I have.
