Spring Forward to Action 30-Day Challenge – Day 30: Finish Line

YOU DID IT! Pat yourself on the back! Pop open a bottle of orange juice and give yourself a toast! Today is the day you complete the Spring Forward to Action 30-Day Challenge. For those of you who hung in with me through this last month, I salute you. You have probably succeeded beyond what you imagined you could.

While performing many of these routines every day took time, effort and commitment – you have done it. This will be the last day of our Spring Forward to Action Challenge. You should grade your progress by referring back to your Action Plan that you developed at the beginning of this challenge.

Did you accomplish your goals?

How close are you to them?

How are you feeling about yourself?

How are you feeling about the fitness program?

Are you excited and ready for more?

Check out our Sizzling Summer Slim Down that begins tomorrow with our focus on the Abs Diet challenge for the next six weeks! Thanks so much, I am inspired by every single person that comes here, reads and hopefully takes away just a little bit of information and a hope of making better fitness choices!

Congratulations again on finishing your 30-Day Spring Forward to Action Challenge!
