Stress-Free Super Bowl Parties

left

Score big with family and friends by hosting a Super Bowl party to remember. For most people, the annual pigskin-themed party marks the kick-off to a new year of spectacular soirees. Fortunately, it doesn’t take too much planning to create a winning environment for your game day party.

For starters, you’ll need invitations. Since Super Bowl parties are very informal, you wouldn’t fumble by simply asking guests over by phone, email or text. However, make it mandatory that they RSVP so you know how much food you will need on Sunday.

Whether they are attending your big bash because they are die-hard football fans or they just want to see the new commercials, guests will want to be immersed in a celebratory atmosphere. Get into the spirit of the day by hanging team banners and flags around your home. You could also blow-up inflatable goal posts and put out a bunch of Nerf footballs in areas of your house that don’t feature breakable items. Another inexpensive decorating tip is to cut coasters from a strip of AstroTurf which can be purchased at a local home improvement store. You could also require guests to wear team jerseys, helmets or pads.

One of the best ways to keep your Super Bowl party as stress-free as possible is by planning your menu a couple of days in advance. Even if they don’t care who wins the game guests are looking to chow down on delicious game day grub.
