Summer Squash
3 cups yellow summer squash, cooked and sliced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounces mild green chilies, chopped
1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
1 cup of milk
Combine all ingredients in baking dish. Bake in 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
