Sweet Potato Casserole
Delicious casserole made with cooked sweet potatoes.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cup Sweet Potatoes, Cooked and Mashed
1 Dash Salt
1 Stick Margarine, Melted
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
2 large Eggs, Beaten
1 tsp Butternut Flavoring
1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Stick Margarine, Melted
1/3 cup Self-Rising Flour
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix first 10 ingredients together with a mixer or food processor.
2. Spray 8 x 11 baking dish with cooking spray and pour mixture into dish.
3. Mix remaining ingredients together to form a crumby mixture.
4. Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
