Good News for Movie Makers

Legendary movie director Francis Ford Coppola is breathing a sigh of relief today. He and the rest of the cast and crew working on his latest film project are back on the job after a six-day hiatus prompted by a labor complaint from the actors’ union shut down production. The five-time Oscar winner, who directed “Apocalypse Now” and “The Godfather” trilogy, was reportedly forced to suspend shooting on his new movie “Tetro” on May 22nd because of complaints from the union. Celebrity Milestones—The Bad and the Good

So much for working things out… The much-ballyhooed semi-reconciliation between estranged couple Dylan McDermott and Shiva Rose is over. At least according to court documents. Court filings show the actor threw in the towel on his 12-year marriage last Friday. Records show the former star of TV’s “The Practice” officially filed for divorce six days ago citing irreconcilable differences. The actor and his actress wife have two young daughters together. There was a movie out a while back called “Click.” I didn’t see the movie, but I remember the previews. Adam Sandler had a universal remote control that looked like a typical remote, only it worked on everything and everybody in his life.
