What started with an “accidental” spilling of wine at the 2002 Golden Globes has now ended in marriage. Actress Calista Flockhart finally got her man as she and Harrison Ford wed Tuesday in New Mexico where he is filming Cowboys and Aliens. The wedding was held at the Governor’s Mansion and conducted by Governor Bill Richardson. It took seven and a half years (but who’s counting?) for Harrison Ford to pop the question to girlfriend Calista Flockhart, but at least he got the answer he was hoping for. According to reports, the 66-year-old actor dropped to his knees on Valentine’s Day weekend and proposed to the 44-year-old actress. The movie icon reportedly surprised the TV star with an engagement ring during a family vacation with Flockhart’s son Liam. The couple has been dating for nearly eight years. Celebrities Giving Back this Thanksgiving

Some Thanksgiving diners got a side of celebrity with their turkey meals yesterday. A handful of Hollywood’s biggest names, including Harrison Ford, Kirk Douglas, and Calista Flockhart spread the holiday spirit at Los Angeles’ downtown mission doling out drumsticks, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole and pumpkin pie during the center’s annual Thanksgiving Day feast. The hot holiday meals were served to more than 3,000 of the area’s homeless people. Some stars brought their children and turned the event into a family affair.
