No big names being arrested this week like recent arrestees Raffaelo Follieri (Anne Hathaway’s ex) or rapper DMX, but pseudo-celebrity names are making headlines for offenses. If you watched the movie “The 40 Year-Old Virgin,” you may remember actor Shelley Malil. Shia LaBeouf’s Hand Damaged in Wreck

You probably heard that actor Shia LaBeouf was involved in a car wreck late last Sunday. His truck, in which his Transformers sequel Revenge of the Fallen co-star Isabel Lucas was a passenger, flipped over as in a West Hollywood intersection as he tried to make a left turn. At first, officials believed that LaBeouf had been drinking and caused the wreck. However, it has been determined that the other driver was negligent when he or she ran a red light.
