Miss Louisiana Teen USA Busted

“And if I am chosen as Miss Louisiana Teen USA, I promise to…get arrested.” That may not be the answer Miss Louisiana Teen USA gave to the typical question of what she would do if she won the title, but in this case, it turned out to be true. Lindsey Evans, the reigning Miss Louisiana Teen USA, has had her title stripped due to an arrest. It all started when 18 year old Lindsey and friends Jordan James (18), Jennifer Martin (22), and Morgan Goleman (18) went to the Posados Cafe in Bossier City last Saturday night. For whatever reason, … Continue reading

Mackenzie Phillips Arrested for Drug Possession

Hum, maybe some day, celebrities will realize that their messed up lives can affect their kids. Scratch that, maybe ALL parents will realize that their messed up lives can affect their kids. But, anyhow, for right now, I will talk about the latest celebrity child in the news – Mackenzie Phillips. For those that don’t know, Mackenzie is the oldest daughter of now-deceased folk singer John Phillips. By the way, Mackenzie counts among her half siblings former Wilson Phillips member China Phillips and actress/model Bijou Phillips. John came to prominence in the Sixties with the group the Mamas and the … Continue reading

Pseudo-Celebrity Arrests: “The 40 Year-Old Virgin” Actor and Heroes Father

No big names being arrested this week like recent arrestees Raffaelo Follieri (Anne Hathaway’s ex) or rapper DMX, but pseudo-celebrity names are making headlines for offenses. If you watched the movie “The 40 Year-Old Virgin,” you may remember actor Shelley Malil. He played one of Steve Carell’s co-workers, but has also appeared in numerous television shows including “NYPD Blue” and “Reba.” The 43 year old was arrested for attacking a former girlfriend in Oceanside, California Monday night as he got off a train. Actually, it turns out to be more brutal than it sounds. The unidentified woman was found in … Continue reading

Shia LaBeouf’s Hand Damaged in Wreck

You probably heard that actor Shia LaBeouf was involved in a car wreck late last Sunday. His truck, in which his Transformers sequel Revenge of the Fallen co-star Isabel Lucas was a passenger, flipped over as in a West Hollywood intersection as he tried to make a left turn. At first, officials believed that LaBeouf had been drinking and caused the wreck. However, it has been determined that the other driver was negligent when he or she ran a red light. While that may get LaBeouf off the hook legally, it seems as if things are not well at all. … Continue reading

Rapper DMX Arrested

I remember sitting in the movie theater, watching Cradle 2 the Grave thinking that DMX might just join other rappers who could respectfully make the leap to acting. I thought he did a good job and looked forward to seeing him in more films. Before that, he had been in both Exit Wounds and Romeo Must Die . He was also successful in the music field. His debut album sold four million copies and some were comparing him to Tupac Shakur. But, he always seems to be in trouble with the law. Although I only remember hearing about him being … Continue reading

Bai Ling Arrested

Wow, when I saw the headline “Crow actress arrested on shoplifting suspicion” I never imagined it was Bai Ling. I remember Bai Ling for mainly two things: Her terrible singing on the bad reality show “But, Can They Sing?” which featured celebrities singing and for her odd clothing choices. If you have ever seen a picture of her in a magazine, you probably won’t forget it. Her outfits are eccentric to say the least! But, apparently Bai has done much more. According to IMDb, she appeared in The Crow, Anna and the King, and even on the television shows “Lost” … Continue reading

Hayden Panettiere Wanted in Japan and Lindsay Lohan Serves 84 Minutes

I have always said “Heroes” star Hayden Panettiere looks so sweet and innocent. After all, Dooney & Burke chose her to be the new face of their line of handbags. She just turned 18, but there is already a warrant out for her arrest – in Japan! The young star joined other activists near Taiji in southwestern Japan. The group, known as Save the Whales, were protesting and trying to prevent the killing of a group of whales and dolphins by fishermen. They used surfboards to paddle to the pod of dolphins to try to reach them before they were … Continue reading
