If you watched the movie “The 40 Year-Old Virgin,” you may remember actor Shelley Malil. He played one of Steve Carell’s co-workers, but has also appeared in numerous television shows including “NYPD Blue” and “Reba.” The 43 year old was arrested for attacking a former girlfriend in Oceanside, California Monday night as he got off a train. Viggo Mortensen…Russian Mobster? No, actor Viggo Mortensen is not a Russian mobster, but he plays one in his new movie Eastern Promises. He had to spend four hours in the makeup chair so the specialist could apply tattoos similar to those worn by real Russian mobsters. Mortensen himself traveled through Russia, meeting with Mafia bosses to study the tattoo art in order to make his character look authentic. And it worked!
