As I said in an earlier blog, June 1st will be the fortieth anniversary of the release of one of the most influential albums of all time – St. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles. Celebrity Tidbits: Stepping In, Stepping Out, and Stepping Up

STEPPING IN Actress Mary-Kate Olsen is stepping into a new role. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the former “Full House” star has signed on to be a recurring character on Showtime’s “Weeds.” Network executives confirm that Olsen will appear in 10 of the 15 episodes of the show’s next season. Olsen is reportedly “thrilled” to be making her return to television, though her new role is a far cry from the goodie-goodie PG characters viewers are used to seeing her portray.
