Robin Wright Penn and Sean Penn have announced they are divorcing. No, really, this time they are…well, maybe. The couple has filed for divorce three times in the past. They first announced their plans to divorce in December 2007. But, the couple looked happy as they attended the Academy Awards together in February 2009.
