When I first spotted the Green Eggs and Ham Cookbook with recipes inspired by Dr. Suess I wondered what on earth it could have for recipes besides of course, green eggs and ham. Being a mother of three, I’m fairly well versed in Suess books. I thought about the Scrambled Eggs Super-Dee-Dooper and frankfurter roasts that the Sneeches with star-bellies host.
