Boy Band Reunites, Girl Band Splits

Lance Bass is making the most of his recent third place finish on “Dancing with the Stars.” According to reports, the former boybander wants to ride his wave of renewed popularity by returning to his musical roots. In Touch is reporting that Bass is trying to reunite his former ‘N Sync band members, including Justin Timerblake JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick. The popular boy band split in 2002 and the stars went on to pursue solo projects, but now Bass says he wants to bring the group back together to record new material. Shia LaBeouf Arrested Seems like I remember reading not too long ago that Shia LaBeouf wanted to be a boring young actor who stayed out of trouble, but he didn’t do that last weekend. He was arrested in Chicago early Sunday morning at a Walgreens drugstore. A security guard reportedly asked LaBeouf to leave the store because he appeared to be drunk. The 21-year-old LaBeouf refused to leave and the police arrived about 2:30 am to arrest him. To his credit, the police said he was very courteous and polite. Former ‘N Sync hottie (and onetime aspiring cosmonaut) Lance Bass has a new gig—–book author. Apparently, the heartthrob is making like Jenna Bush and penning a new book, but unlike the first daughter’s foray into the literary world, Bass plans to make his a tell all. According to news reports, the 27-year-old plans to reveal “all about his life, his music and his sexuality.” The memoir, entitled, Out of Sync, will hit stores in October.
