It may be the worst kept secret in Hollywood. First he was, then he wasn’t, then he really wasn’t. The hunky star is planning to return to the NBC drama that launched his career, according to sources close to the show. There’s no word on how many episodes the award-winning actor plans to appear in during the show’s final season, though rumor has it that ER co-creator John Wells has ordered a closed set to keep … Continue reading

What Hollywood Stars Are Doing During the Writers’ Strike

We know they aren’t shooting new episodes of their hit shows so how are the stars of our favorite primetime series’ spending their time off? If you are Desperate Housewives’ star Marcia Cross you are spending time in Washington lobbying Congress to pass the Breast Cancer Patient Protection Act of 2007. The 45-year-old mother of twins recently spent time on Capitol Hill voicing her opinion regarding “drive-through” mastectomies for women forced to leave the hospital hours after surgery. The actress tried to encourage lawmakers to give women the choice to recuperate for at least 48 hours following the invasive surgery. … Continue reading

The Holidays in Hollywood—-How Are Your Favorite Stars Celebrating?

There’s nothing like reminiscing about Christmases past… and that’s exactly what Martha Stewart did on her TV show today. The domestic diva shared with viewers a special holiday memory she made back in 2005—during her stint in prison. I’m not kidding. Stewart took time during her daytime TV show today to share one of her fondest memories of her stay in a West Virginia prison. Apparently the crafty Christmas lover made the most of her time in her prison pottery class. That’s where she molded ornate clay forms of the baby Jesus, Joseph, Mary, three camels, donkeys, angels—an entire nativity … Continue reading

In honor of Mother’s Day I’ve compiled a list of some of Hollywood’s brightest female stars who are now new moms—some were just inducted into this wonderful sorority less than 48 hours ago: Jaime Pressly of “My Name is Earl” fame and her deejay fiancé, Eric Cubiche, welcomed a baby boy, Dezi James, just yesterday. The infant weighed in at 6 lbs. 4 oz. The actress told PEOPLE magazine her son’s name was … Continue reading

Celebrity Baby News—Hollywood Couples About To See Double

I recently blogged about “Desperate Housewives’” star Marcia Cross’ pregnancy. Now word comes that Cross and new husband Tom Mahoney are reportedly expecting twins. According to several entertainment publications, the 44-year-old actress underwent In Vitro Fertilization treatment earlier this year in the hope of conceiving her first child. Cross announced that she is due to give birth in next April, but did not confirm that she will be welcoming twins. Rather, her publicist would only say that Cross is “indeed pregnant.” However, fans of Cross – who plays uptight Bree Van de Kamp on the hit ABC show – know … Continue reading
