Perhaps the tabloids have it wrong this time. After reading repeatedly that the 12 year marriage of Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick is on the rocks, there is some good news today. Through their reps, the couple announced that they are expecting! The statement read, “Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters later this summer with the generous help of a surrogate. Kevin Costner may be putting diaper duty on hold to return to the big screen in a sequel to his award-winning baseball movie “Bull Durham.” According to reports, Costner has been meeting with the film’s director Ron Shelton to discuss the possibility of resurrecting his Crash Davis character in a sequel to the 1988 hit movie. Matthew Broderick Breaks Collarbone

Actor Matthew Broderick got a bit of a bad break last Sunday when he fell off a horse and broke his collarbone. He and wife Sarah Jessica Parker of “Sex and the City” fame, were in Ireland on vacation after his seven month run of “The Odd Couple” with Nathan Lane ended in June. Broderick and Lane both starred in the hugely successful Broadway musical The Producers. Broderick’s publicist, Simon Halls, confirmed the accident, but said after being taken to County Sligo General Hospital, Matthew was treated, released, and is just in a bit of pain.
