Jackie Chan Banned! The highly popular Chinese star has seen his current film banned in China. Rush Hour 3 just opened, but the Chinese will not be seeing it. There is a scene in the film in which an organized crime family visits Paris. Of course, I am not talking the Sopranos here, but the Chinese organized crime family known as the Triads.
