Based on the series of books by Laura Ingalls Wilder, “Little House on the Prairie” was a hit television show from 1974 to 1983, and thanks to the wonders of syndication, is still airing today. I am a huge fan of the books and also enjoyed the show, although there are huge discrepancies between the two.
